Abe Advogados is pleased to announce the release of the second edition of the “Brazilian Business Law Review”.
This year’s edition has as its theme the issue of clean energy. In its article, Abe Advogados addresses the issue of incentives for clean energy via green debentures, offering news and guidelines for investors and investee institutions interested in this option.
The Brazilian Business Law Review is published in partnership with the Embassy of Brazil in Tokyo and other Brazilian law firms. Its goals are to offer Japanese companies news about the Brazilian legal and economic environment, promote integration between companies from both countries, and strengthen ties between Brazil and Japan.
